Egyptian actress, Amina Khalil got engaged on Wednesday to businessman and engineer Omar Taha in an intimate ceremony, confined only to their families and closed ones, due to the Coronavirus outbreak.
The couple is scheduled to marry early next year.
Khalil went viral on the internet after news of her engagement went public as well as a picture from the ceremony circulated on social media intimate ceremony.
The actress opened up last year about the man of her dreams, stating that she was searching for a man is similar to her father, a man who would not have a duality to his nature.
Khalil added that she desires to marry a man who shares her father’s characteristics, who was the kindest and smartest man in the world.

Khalil is set to participate in Eid al-Adha movie marathon with her film, “Tawam Rouhy” (Soulmates).
The film also marks late veteran Egyptian actress Ragaa El-Gedawy's final roles. The late actress had shot all her scenes in the film on June 9, before she was infected with the coronavirus.
Soulmates is a romance genre also featuring Hasan El-Raddad, and Aïcha Ben Ahmed. The film is written by Amany Al Tounsi, and directed by Othman Abo Labn.
Khalil was seen recently in TV series “Leh La” (Why not), which featured the actress in her first leading role in a TV series.
The 31-year-old actress was set to participate in the Ramadan 2020 drama marathon with the series; it was slated to be screened during the second half of Ramadan; however, its production was suspended to stem the spread of the novel coronavirus, which its creators failed to catch up with the shooting schedule due to lack of time.
