ACCD Pays Tribute to Moroccan Rayan After Tragic Death

The Arab Council for Childhood and Development (ACCD) expressed its deep sorrow and saddened by the death of the young Moroccan kid Rayan, who died after being trapped in a well for five days in North of Morocco.

In a statement, ACCD extended its deepest condolences to the family of the five-year-old Moroccan boy and the kingdom of Moroccan that spent painstaking efforts to rescue him, despite all difficulties.

The council indicated that the tragic death of the Moroccan boy sparks outpouring of sympathy for children, noting that it shows that people's moral actions are a product of their very nature as humans and proves that humanity still exists in the world.

In conclusion, the council calls upon the parents to look after their children and protect them as well.
