Prominent Businessman Mohamed Aboul Enein's initiative for holding an international conference to lure major industries to Egypt would boost investments in the Egyptian industrial sector, Mohsen Adel, an economic expert, said on Tuesday.
Speaking during his interview with 'Salet El Tahrir' TV program, aired on Sada El Balad channel, Adel pointed out that Aboul Enein's initiative is an important start to solve many problems currently faced by the industrial sector in Egypt.
"The initiative will improve the Egyptian competency in the domains of the local industrialization and forms a different view to bolster investments and industry.
He added several companies are seeking to pump new investments in new markets.

The economic expert stated that the Egypt Economic Summit (EES) would attract new investments.
Earlier today, Aboul Enein partook in EES; he stressed the importance of the industry as a key pillar of development in any country.
The one-day summit discussed the role played by the national projects in supporting the Egyptian economy, and how these projects contributed to a qualitative leap in the Egyptian real estate sector.
The summit focused on a number of issues and problems facing the Egyptian real estate sector and the role of national projects in attracting foreign investors.

The event was being held under the auspices of Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli, in the presence of more than 40 ministers, officials and a number of experts and opinion leaders in various economic fields, to discuss the future of Egypt following the economic reforms.
