Aboul Enein to New Ambassadors: Egypt Has Great Investment Opportunities

MP Mohamed Aboul Enein, Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives(HoR) and President of the Egyptian-European Business Council, confirmed this morning, Wednesday, at the headquarters of the European Council, that Egypt has many major investment opportunities.

Abuol Enein directed his speech to the new ambassadors, who submitted their credentials to President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi a few days ago, that he is happy with all the initiatives proposed by friendly governments to stimulate tourism, and he singled out Russia and Britain.

The Parliament Deputy Speaker appreciated the efforts made by the former ambassadors to support development in Egypt in line with Vision 2030, as well as everything they did to try to enrich the relationship with their country, in line with Egypt’s Vision 2030, which included every spot in Egypt.

Aboul Enein called on the newly- accredited ambassadors to present their visions of what they could do to advance the means of cooperation between their countries and Egypt.

He pointed out that the council held many meetings with the ambassadors of the European Union (EU), as the EU is  Egypt's largest economic partner.

He commended the initiative of  “Decent Life”, which affirms that President El-Sisi has no limits to his ambitions, which embrace the sky, as 700 billion pounds were provided to raise the standard of living of 50% of the Egyptian people.

The deputy speaker of the HoR called on the ambassadors to convey the true picture to investors in their countries of direct investment opportunities, as well as Egypt being a gateway to Africa and the Middle East.

He mentioned what has been achieved in the Administrative Capital, which is 3 times the area of ​​Cairo and is an urban extension for the population that concentrated in only 7% of Egypt but today they occupy 14% of the country’s area.

Aboul Enein explained that the African Free Trade Agreement is very important and all countries should push forward cooperation to achieve development goals.
