On Monday, Parliament Deputy Speaker Mohammed Aboul Enein congratulated Planning Minister Dr. Hala al Saeed for winning the Best Arab Minister award.
Commenting on Planning Minister's statement before parliament's plenary session, Aboul Enein said that spatial justice represents a great burden after the changes following Coronavirus crisis.
Parliament's Deputy speaker added that the world's debts are "terrifying", pointing out that these changes push the world towards localizing value-added policy.
On the other hand, Parliament deputy speaker praised Egypt's President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi's civilized position that touched the heart and mind of every Egyptian after he made an inspection tour in Cairo's slum area of Ezbet Al-Haggana with a number of ministers, to follow up its development plan.
Aboul Enein stressed that the slums represent 'a threat to national security and progress'.
"For the first time, an Egyptian President visits a slum area and draws up a plan to eliminate this crisis," the MP noted.
Aboul Enein pointed out that Sisi is addressing the world in a new language, hailing the president's initiatives to eliminate slums.
Moreover, the lawmaker also valued President El-Sisi's initiative to develop the countryside and villages, noting that 55 million Egyptian citizens would benefit from it. "Sisi leads development in Egypt," he added.
