Parliament Deputy Speaker Mohamed Abou El-Enein expressed his appreciation for the Ministry of Justice on a draft law amending the real estate registration law, especially benefiting from the technological revolution and digitization.
This came during the plenary session of the House of Representatives, chaired by Dr. Hanafi Jabali, while considering the report of the Legislative Committee on a draft law submitted by the government to amend the real estate registration law.
Abou El-Enein pointed out that the draft law came after a careful study of the problems of real estate registration. He added that the law sets a maximum limit of 30 days for dealing with registration.
The Parliament Deputy Speaker praised the maximization of technological development and digitization, saying: "It is a beautiful dream that we all dreamed of, because the citizen can register for himself and it represents a great cultural shift."
The Egyptian MP indicated that the success of the amendments to the real estate registration law depends on two points, the first is the executive regulations, which must be meticulous, and the second point is marketing the law to citizens.
Abou El-Enein affirmed that the law represents an added value to the property after registration. He stated: "Greetings to all those working on this law because they directly interfered with all the obstacles facing the registration in the real estate registration.
