Businessman Tycoon Mohamed Abou El Enein decided on Saturday to continue the operation of his hotels (Cleopatra Group Hotels) with the least number of staff working there without any closure of any hotel in Sharm El Sheikh or Hurghada or Makadi Bay.
Abou El Enein decided not to end the contract of any employee at his hotels and paying full salaries for the staff who work in the tourism sector as normal along with granting paid vacations.
He ordered sterilizing and disinfecting all the hotels during this period to be ready after overcoming the coronavirus pandemic.

The decisions of the owner of Cleopatra Group Hotels fall within a framework of his support to the Egyptian tourism sector and the state's efforts to curb the spread of the deadly virus as well as maintaining the health and safety of his employees at his hotels.
They come in support of his employees' financial status amid the coronavirus outbreak.

Meanwhile, the workers at the hotels thanked Abou El Enein for his support and solidarity with them in these critical circumstances, expressing their happiness for the influential decisions, which push their daily life forward.
They described Abou El Enein as the true man who can save them in difficult times, saying that he is a role model for all the successful businessmen in Egypt and the world and an example of generosity.
They voiced their pride for working for a patriotic man who shoulders the responsibility towards his employees and his country.
They vowed to exert more efforts in the coming period and when the tourist inflow resumes again at Cleopatra hotels.
