Mohamed Abou El-Enein, Chairman of the Cleopatra Group said that the Smeralda Bay project is the largest residential hotel project with up to 350 rooms with Italian designs in Sidi Heneish, North Coast, pointing out that it is close to the New Alamein and Matrouh airports.
Abou El-Enein added that the project will constitute a major leap in real estate investment and Egyptian tourism, in line with Egypt's Vision 2030.
"The project will compete with the Malpes and other top coasts," he said.
This came during the inauguration conference of an international strategic partnership between Cleopatra Group for Hotels & Developments and JZMK Partners on Friday to plan and design the largest tourism, entertainment and residential project in Sidi Heneish.
On his part, Cachi Martinez, CEO of JZMK Partners that the international strategic partnership with Cleopatra group will offer Egyptians a unique experience through providing the highest services to clients, with a special Italian design for one of the largest tourism, entertainment and residential projects in the North Coast.
Martinez explained that he personally got acquainted with the level of services provided in the project while he was residing there throughout the inspection period.
The Bay's design will provide sustainable communities with a practical balance between practicality and the pursuit of art and luxury.
