Abou El-Enein Hails Sisi's Decision to End State of Emergency

MP Mohamed Abou El-Enein, Parliament Deputy Speaker and Chairman of the Egyptian-European Business Council stressed that President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi's decision to end the State of Emergency is a very important vital message, and evidence of Egypt’s security and stability.

 

Egypt enjoys strong armed forces that protect its sea, land, and air borders, as well as the police that protect domestic security from all harm, Abou El-Enein said, noting that the emergency law was used against terrorists and drug dealers.

In press remarks, on the sidelines of an honoring ceremony held by the Egyptian European Council, to bid farewell to the Japanese ambassador in Cairo Noki Masaki, Abou El-Enein stressed " Today, the bet is on the Egyptian people's awareness."

Moreover, Parliament Deputy Speaker praised Dr. Fatehy Srour, Former Parliament Speaker's participation in a ceremony on Human Rights, where he stressed that President Sisi respects and appriciates human rights.

 

On his part, Sorour expressed happiness at Dr. Moshera Khattab's appointment as the president of the National Council for Human Rights (NCHR).

He also praised Abou El-Enein's significant political efforts.
