Abou El-Enein: Gebaly Globally Recognized for Competence & Expertise

MP Mohamed Abou El-Enein, Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, praised Counselor Dr. Hanafy Gebaly, Speaker of the Parliament, during the Summit of Parliamentary Presidents of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union for the Mediterranean.

In his speech at the forum, he said: “Our esteemed professor, Dr. Hanafy Gebaly, a unique scholarly figure whose distinguished contributions to the judiciary span more than 50 years. He has been an eminent judge, a university professor, and earned his doctorate in law.”

He noted that Dr. Hanafy Gebaly has held numerous international positions across Arab countries, participated in drafting several Arab constitutions, and that before assuming the presidency of the Egyptian House of Representatives, he served as Chief Justice of the Egyptian Constitutional Court.

Abou El-Enein affirmed that the world has recognized Dr. Hanafy Gebaly’s competence and specialized scientific capabilities across diverse branches of knowledge, and that his achievements in the House of Representatives are clearly evident.
