Maintaining its 45-year tradition, the Abou El-Enein Foundation for Cultural and Social Activity has intensified preparations for the holy month of Ramadan.
The foundation is set to distribute over 350,000 Ramadan food boxes, each containing more than 11 essential food commodities to meet the needs of Egyptian families throughout the month.
The foundation, which strictly does not accept any donations, announced that preparations began more than a month ago under the directives of MP Mohamed Abou El-Enein, Chairman of the Board, and the supervision of Mrs. Somaya Abou El-Enein, Vice Chairman.
The process ensures the selection and packaging of the highest quality food products.
Distribution has already commenced across various governorates through local NGOs registered with the foundation.
This is managed via an electronic system designed to ensure that aid reaches more than 120,000 registered families efficiently.
Operating under the umbrella of the National Alliance for Civil Development Work, the foundation is also preparing to host the largest Ramadan charity Iftar table in Giza.
The table will accommodate more than 10,000 fasting individuals daily with fresh, complete meals, in addition to providing over 5,000 Suhoor meals, reaffirming the foundation’s ongoing humanitarian and developmental role.
