Under the umbrella of the National Alliance for Civil Development Action, the Abou El-Enein Foundation for Social and Cultural Work launched an economic empowerment exhibition for women.
The exhibition comes as part of the foundation's ongoing role in supporting women and transforming them into productive and active members of society.
It featured handicrafts and food products such as pastries, vegetables, and poultry products.
The exhibition is an extension of a development journey spanning more than 43 years, during which the foundation has contributed to training and implementing small and micro-enterprises for thousands of women, enhancing their economic capabilities, and providing them with a sustainable source of income.
Within a year, the foundation, managed by MP Mohamed Abu Al-Enein, trained and educated over 5,000 women and organized exhibitions of their products, reflecting a model that embodies the transition from support to production, and from dependency to economic independence.
Somaia Abou El-Enein, Vice Chairwoman of the Foundation's Board of Directors, affirmed her commitment to a developmental approach based on genuine empowerment, while emphasizing that the foundation does not accept donations and relies on its own resources to carry out its activities.
