The Abou El Enein Foundation for Social and Cultural Development is participating in the 13th humanitarian convoy heading to the Gaza Strip today, organized by the National Alliance for Civil and Development Work, as part of Egypt’s ongoing efforts to support the Palestinian people and ease the living burdens on affected families inside the strip.

The convoy set off this morning with thousands of aid trucks after being inspected by Ambassador Nabila Makram, Head of the Technical Secretariat of the National Alliance for Civil Development, underscoring the scale and organization of the relief operation.

MP Mohamed Abou El Enein, Deputy Speaker of the Egyptian House of Representatives and Chairman of the Board, and under the supervision of Somaya Abou El Enein, Vice Chairwoman of the Board, directed the foundation to participate with thousands of food boxes and essential relief supplies.

The aid is aimed at meeting the urgent needs of Palestinian families, particularly in light of the severe humanitarian conditions and shortages of basic living necessities in Gaza.

The foundation emphasized that its participation reflects a consistent and long-standing commitment to humanitarian action.

Since the onset of the crisis, the Abou El Enein Foundation and its volunteers have taken part in all aid convoys sent to Gaza, in line with its mission of direct field engagement and self-funded charitable work.

Volunteers continue to work day and night inside the foundation’s warehouses to prepare and pack relief supplies and accompany the convoys.

These efforts are taking place alongside intensive preparations for the holy month of Ramadan, including the assembly of Ramadan food packages, highlighting the continuity of the foundation’s humanitarian activities without interruption.

The participation of the Abou El Enein Foundation in the 13th convoy comes within the framework of the collective effort led by the National Alliance for Civil and Development Work.

It reaffirms the importance of coordination among civil society organizations and reflects Egypt’s sustained humanitarian role in supporting Gaza at every stage of the crisis.
