Abou El-Enein Charitable and Cultural Foundation organized its annual Iftar ceremony for People of Exceptional Abilities (people of determination) a cherished tradition the foundation has maintained for 45 years since its establishment.
The event witnessed a large attendance of children and their families, as the foundation curated a comprehensive entertainment program featuring various games and recreational activities that brought an atmosphere of happiness and joy to everyone present.
During the ceremony, gifts and prizes were distributed to the children.
The foundation reaffirmed that caring for people of determination is at the forefront of its priorities, with quarterly celebrations and honors held under the directives of MP Mohamed Abou El-Enein, Chairman of the Board, and the supervision of Mrs. Somaya Abou El-Enein.
These programs extend beyond entertainment to include health support, the provision of medical treatment and prosthetic devices, and the renovation of schools for people of special needs. Notably, the foundation recently gifted a Sensory Integration Room to the Al-Najah School for Intellectual Education to enhance children’s developmental skills, alongside ongoing efforts to sponsor para-athletes and organize social activities that foster community integration.
This celebration is a key part of the foundation’s extensive Ramadan campaign across various governorates.
This year’s initiatives include hosting massive Iftar tables and distributing over 20,000 daily meals between Iftar and Suhoor, as well as providing more than 350,000 Ramadan food parcels.
These efforts serve over 120,000 registered families from underprivileged backgrounds, reflecting the Abou El-Enein Foundation’s long-standing mission of humanitarian work and community service.
