Parliament Deputy Speaker, MP Mohamed Abou El-Enein hailed the great performance of the Planning and Budget Parliamentary Committee, the Central Auditing Organization, and the Egyptian government, in managing public money efficiently despite the current international pressures and global challenges.

During his speech at the parliament's plenary session on Tuesday, Abou El-Enein praised the importance of the separate meetings held by President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi with each minister to know about their aspirations, and budgets in drawing up the state’s plan, in addition to all obstacles facing them.

The prominent MP called for new policies and a major initiative from the Egyptian government to benefit from the private sector in advancing the development plan, stressing the need for an initiative to address the global investment market.

He also indicated that there are many investment opportunities, especially in the real estate sector, saying: "Many countries, except us, benefited a lot from the repercussions of the Russian-Ukrainian wars, especially in the real estate file."

Abou El-Enein stressed that the time has come to establish an independent real estate marketing authority tasked with attracting real estate projects at the global level.

To conclude, the Parliament Deputy Speaker expressed his optimism that the coming period will see more projects by the private sector, calling for the importance of launching a comprehensive program for economic reform.
