The leaders of three opposition parties, “Yisrael Our Home,” “There is a Future,” and “New Hope,” announced that they had agreed to develop an action plan to replace Netanyahu and his government.
The three parties invited former Defense Minister and War Cabinet member Benny Gantz to join them.
For his part, the head of the Israeli National Security Council, Tzachi Hanegbi, said on Wednesday, in a statement to the Israeli official broadcaster “Makan,” that the war on the Gaza Strip will continue for at least another 7 months.
Tzachi Hanegbi's statement indirectly contradicts the term "absolute victory" that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu always repeats in his speeches.
