A Palestinian citizen was killed by Israeli occupation forces on Saturday in the Jabalia refugee camp in the northern Gaza Strip.
The Palestinian news agency WAFA reported that the young man, Bahjat Abu Aish, was killed after being shot in the head by Israeli forces in the al-Hawja area of the Jabalia camp.
Earlier in the day, medical sources in the Gaza Strip announced that the death toll from the Israeli offensive on the Strip had risen to 72,585, with 172,370 wounded, since the start of the Israeli offensive on October 7, 2013.
