At least nine were injured including three in critical condition after a group of people exchanged fire in Providence, Rhode Island, US, CNN reported on Friday.
Took place on Thursday, Providence police of the city described the incident as the biggest mass shooting accident in the history of the city.
Hugh Clements, the Chief of Providence Police described that two groups who were identified to the police exchanged fire, therefore, there were different types of guns were used.
He added that investigations were conducted immediately, however they are still in the early stages. On the other hand, detectives moved to the hospital for checking the wounded persons. Clements revealed that the ages of the injured between 19 and 25 years old.
