9 Dead as Cargo Vessel Sinks off East China Coast

At least 9 people were killed when a cargo vessel carrying 14 people sank on Sunday morning in waters off Yantai City, east China’s Shandong Province.

Two people are still missing, while three people have been rescued and are in stable condition.
