8 Killed in Gun Attack at Entertainment Venue in Mexico

At least eight people have been killed in an armed attack at an entertainment venue in central Mexico, authorities confirmed.

The shooting took place in the municipality of Ayala in Morelos state, where gunmen targeted a facility reportedly operating without legal authorization.

The Morelos State Prosecutor’s Office said forensic teams have begun investigations after recovering the victims’ bodies at the scene.

Officials from the Criminal Investigation Agency are collecting evidence and interviewing witnesses to determine the circumstances of the attack and identify those responsible.

Authorities said all lines of inquiry are being pursued as efforts continue to bring the perpetrators to justice.
