CAIRO, Feb.20 (SEE)-Under the patronage of Prof. Magdi Sab', University President, Faculty of Medicine at Tanta University organized a graduation ceremony for the seventh class of Malaysian students.
The graduation was attended by Mr. Mohammed Hanif Bin Abdel Rahman, the Malaysian Ambassador to the Arab Republic of Egypt; the Educational Advisor in the Malaysian Embassy, Prof. Al-Refa'i Mubarak, University Vice President for Education and Student Affairs; and Prof. 'Emad 'Etman, University Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development.
Prof. Magdi Sab' affirmed that he was pleased to participate in that ceremony congratulating Malaysian students on their graduation.
He called upon them to be the best representatives of Egypt in their homeland, Malaysia, to keep contact with their Faculty and professors to make use of their experience and knowledge, and to gain more knowledge for increasing their scientific and practical experience.
The ceremony was held with participation of Prof. 'Amr Zo'eir, Acting Dean of Faculty of Medicine; Prof. Walid Samy, Faculty Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs; Prof. Amal Halawa, Official of the Malaysian Program at the Faculty; Prof. Magdi Al-Hefnawi, Head of Medical Syndicate in Gharbia; as well as a group of professors, academic staff and students.
At the end of the ceremony, Malaysian students were honored and granted certificates of appreciation. Memorial photos were taken.
