Six people were killed after two helicopters collided mid-air over Rio de Janeiro on Sunday and crashed in the western part of the Brazilian city, emergency officials said.
According to Rio de Janeiro's military fire department, all occupants aboard the two aircraft died in the crash.
One of the helicopters fell onto a car dealership containing several electric vehicles, triggering a fire that was later brought under control by emergency crews.
Authorities have launched an investigation to determine the cause of the collision.
The incident marks one of the deadliest aviation accidents in Rio de Janeiro in recent years and has raised fresh concerns over air traffic safety in the region.
