It has been announced that an extreme heat wave will hit this upcoming week and one of the most important things to do during this heat wave is to stay hydrated. So, here are 6 drinks to keep you hydrated during the heat wave.

1. Lemon Water

Lemon water is a great way to stay hydrated in fact it is one of the most hydrating drinks. And it is suggested that having lemon water that is made with the juice of two lemons and a pinch of salt everyday keeps you hydrated as well as giving you your daily dose of vitamin C.
