The Egyptian National Seismic Network recorded a 6.1 magnitude earthquake in Eastern Meditteranean, Dr. Gad El Qadi, President of National Research Institute of Astronomy and Geophysics (NRIAG) revealed.
The tremor was felt by residents of separate areas across Egypt.
The earthquake occurred at 07:35 am.
