Moments ago, a 5.9 magnitude earthquake hit Malatya province that falls in the east of Turkey.
The news was announced by the country's the Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD).
Until now, no reports about damages or casualties were announced.
On the other hand, the European Mediterranean Seismological Centre said the quake was a 6.1 magnitude at a depth of 9 km (5.6 miles).
