5.8-Magnitude Earthquake hits Iran

On Sunday, an earthquake with a magnitude of 5.8 struck 27 kilometres north of Bandar-e Genaveh, Iran, at 0641 GMT, according to the US Geological Survey.

The epicentre was initially located at 29.7874 degrees north latitude and 50.6693 degrees east longitude, with a depth of 10.0 km.
