Jordan Seismological Observatory (JSO) Director Ghassan Sweidan announced that a 4.1-magnitude earthquake on the Richter scale was recorded and felt by residents of the capital, Amman, at 10:00 AM on Thursday.
Speaking to Ammon News, Sweidan explained that the quake’s epicenter was located in the Dead Sea region.
