At least three people were killed and three others injured following a shooting incident on Tuesday evening in Virginia, according to local authorities.
Police reported receiving emergency calls about gunfire inside a residential complex in Spotsylvania County, located about 65 miles southwest of Washington, D.C. Law enforcement units were immediately dispatched to the scene.
Authorities confirmed that investigations are still ongoing. No suspects have been arrested so far, and dozens of police units are continuing the search for those responsible.
The injured individuals were transported to nearby hospitals, but no updates on their conditions have been released yet.
