29 Miners have been trapped inside a coal mine in Xinjinag, China, after the mine was flooded by water, Xinhua agency reported on Sunday.
Only 8 miners were taken out by the rescue workers, while another 21 are still trapped inside it.
On the other hand, another reports indicated that the number of the rescued miners are 12.
The reports indicated that the efforts of releasing the remained miners will be continued on Sunday.
Last month, at least, 4 Chinese trapped miners were killed after a coal mine explosion accident in Shanxi Province, north China.
In a statement, the provincial authorities said that the bodies of the four workers had been recovered by 10:35 a.m. Beijing time.
The authorities explained that the accident took place when 12 workers were digging an underground tunnel for a coal mining company, where 8 workers were rescued and the rest remained trapped until their bodies were recovered on Friday morning.
