21 Sudanese Illegal Immigrants Arrested in Libya

The Libyan National Army (LNA) announced on Sunday that it has arrested 21 Sudanese Immigrants.

In a statement, the LNA`s Subul al-Salam Brigade revealed that of its patrols in Kufra city has managed to arrest 21 illegal immigrants holding the Sudanese nationality.

It added that the Sudanese nationals arrived at the outskirts of Kufrah in a Toyota car after that, they entered the city on their foot. The forces delivered them to the shelter center, deporting illegal immigrants of Kufra.

The statement pointed out that the immigrants will be deported to their country.

Days ago, the Libyan authorities arrested 28 Egyptian immigrants who were illegally traveling to Libya.

In a statement, the Security Directorate in the Libyan city of Al-Marj revealed that the Egyptian migrants were traveling in two four-wheel-drive cars, heading towards the eastern gate of the city of Al-Marj, near Benghazi.

The Criminal Investigation Department of Al-Marj explained that one of the two cars was found soaked in mud in a street and when police personnel attended, they found the body of an unidentified person in the trunk of the car.
