2020 Cadillac CT5-V to Be Launched This Month

Cadillac announced that the new 2020 Cadillac CT5-V sports sedan will show for the first on May 30, at Detroit event, according to Auto News.

Cadillac product marketing director Jason Sledziewski, explained that sedans are an important part of Cadillac's business because they allow it to continue building a reputation for performance-oriented vehicles such as; the outgoing ATS-V and CTS-V.

CT5 version is based on the Alpha platform that also underpins the Camaro. But Cadillac may want to push its more unique powertrains such as; the twin-turbo, double-overhead-cam 4.2-liter V8. In the CT6-V. In the CT6-V, it makes 550 horsepower and 627 pound-feet of torque.
