Two people were injured after two passenger trains collided near the village of Białośliwie in western Poland, according to emergency authorities.
A fire service spokesperson said the collision occurred at around 6:04 p.m. local time, with approximately 200 passengers aboard the two trains.
Images shared on social media showed several train carriages derailed, while passengers were seen standing alongside the railway tracks following the crash.
Emergency services responded to the scene, and authorities have launched an investigation into the cause of the collision.
