There are many rumors behind the Coronavirus pandemic, which struck the entire world. It shook and upset many international entities. The pandemic has damaged the mental image of these entities in a wide cross-section of peoples who have long seen these powerful, effective, and effective entities.

Behind that pandemic, an international conspiracy was revealed. Because of coronavirus, a biological war broke out in addition to the excessive use of electromagnetic energy with the Van Allen belt and the theory of Rudolf Steiner, which came to confirm that behind this unprecedented shipment of satellites and radio devices installed on the Van Allen belt and 5G technology which with its effect on the rapid impact in the dissemination and exchange of data in the world of communications and information technology. It also greatly affects the spread of generating many viruses.

In the face of this pandemic, countries, and entities are pided into two teams, one possesses science and technology, which silently tries to reach a vaccine, and the other is consisting of countries and entities seek behind the news of the first team and the latest scientific experiments and tests. All of them hope to get even a little help in the event of discovering a vaccine or treatment for this virus.

Here an important question comes to mind... how will the situation be if we do not have technology either in the medical field and its preparations to confront this virus or in managing the affairs of the country, according to their various capabilities and material, technical and human capabilities.

Coronavirus confronted all entities with their material capabilities, which were of no less significance when compared to technical and human capabilities. This is what happened in Italy, in full view of the world, when members of the people threw money on the streets, where it was no longer of any importance.

As for the technical capabilities, the communications and information technology in different fields of its application represented a basic and major factor in managing the pandemic crisis in the world.

It is clear to all the world that the most advanced countries in the field of technology came the ablest to manage the crisis and the most organized and directive in dealing with it.

This highlights the importance of communications and information technology. There is no way to imagine the movement of the current world in the shadow of the Coronavirus pandemic without the technology of communication and information, especially artificial intelligence techniques, and it is intended "the ability of things and tools to communicate with each other without the need for human intervention, but also and the ability of systems that manage these tools and things to develop themselves, continuous updating, and automating processes. This means that all operations are done automatically within institutions and entities, not only by the ability of those operations to develop themselves.

There are multiple applications of artificial intelligence to include all areas of life.

At the level of education, we see distance education, social-emotional learning, emotional intelligence.

On the level of trade, business management, and money, there are many modern terms such as automation of logistic services, blockchain, electronic digital currencies, and the most famous of which are pence coin, which now has a market similar to the stock market in which prices are set against international and local currencies. If there are still legislations in many countries that prohibit the use of pence coin, they exist and are used in many countries.

Finally, the human capabilities that occupy the first and most important position now are not only in the management of the Coronavirus crisis but also in dealing with modern requirements of the labor market, which are known as soft skills.

These human capabilities are represented in (the skill of critical thinking, communication, sharing, innovation, creativity, information culture, media culture, communication and information technology culture, self-direction, leadership, responsibility) in addition to the solid skills that are represented in the ability to manage specialization which In the current and future period, it will represent a basic necessity in all fields of all kinds.
