On Saturday, 1 person was killed, and five were injured in a shooting that took place nearby Atlantic Station, Atlanta, Georgia.
The news was confirmed by the Atlanta Police Department.
It announced that one man died at the scene of the shooting. Regarding the victims, they were transported to nearby hospitals, according to Atlanta Police Department's Germain Dearlove.
He said in a press conference that the medical condition of the injured have not been announced.
Dearlove highlighted that some juveniles were moving out from Atlantic Station and they were accompanied by a number of police officers and station personnel.
They were taken for "unruly behavior" and curfew violations, then the fire was opened.
The ages of the victims were between 15 and 21.
The police couldn't identify the background of the suspects, but they believe that two shooters could have exchanged gunfire.
