The Syrian air defenses repelled the Israeli missile aggression in Damascus vicinity that left one soldier dead and five others wounded.
Around 12:56 a.m., the Israeli warplanes launched missiles from the direction of southeastern Beirut, targeting some points in Damascus, according to a military source.

The source added that about 01:10 a.m., they launched another aggression with surface-to-ground missiles from the direction of the occupied Syrian Golan to some points in Damascus.
Accordingly, the Syrian air defenses intercepted the missiles launched by the enemy and downed some of them. Reports revealed that following the aggression, it was found that a soldier got martyred and five others were wounded, in addition to material losses.
The aggression also caused material damages to the citizens’ houses and their property in Qudsayya City, northwest of Damascus, SANA News Agency reported.
