Zamalek Theater to Host Rock N Roar Tomorrow

Zamalek Theater will host a new rock concert tomorrow, on Saturday, under the theme of Rock N Roar.

Three of the finest tribute rock bands in Cairo will share the stage together to deliver a unique musical experience for the audience. The lineup of the concerts consists of GenoSide, Blitz, and Seattle band.

GenoSide is the first-mentioned name in the lineup of the concert and it is a System of a Down tribute act. The band targets re-introducing the hits of SOAD in a new atmosphere and vibe inspired by the Cairo streets.

GenoSide members are Omar Kamel (Vocals), Ahmed Bassiouni (Drums), Kareem Waseem (Bass), and Ismail Morsy (Guitar).

Moving to Blitz, the band is a Hot Red Chilli Peppers tribute group. It is presenting a collection of wide and energetic hits that reflects the chemistry and the harmony between the band's members.

The band consists of Omar Kamel (vocals), Ahmed Rashed (Guitars), Mohamed Gaber (Bass), and Khaled El Demerdash (Drums)

Finally comes the Seattle band; it is a tribute act for grunge pioneers that were born in Seattle city such as Nirvana, Pearl Jam, and others.
