Zamalek’s head coach Milutin Sredojević “Micho” has named on Saturday his 19-man squad for the upcoming clash against the Senegalese football team Generation foot at the CAF Champions League.
The White Knights are set to host the Senegalese club in the second leg of the last 32 at Borg Al Arab Stadium on Sunday at (20:00 CLT).
The squad witnessed the absence of the Moroccan striker Mohamed Ounajem because he is not authorized to take take part in the White Knights’ clashes in this tournament until the group stage.
Mahmoud Abdel Aziz, Mostafa Fathy, and Mohamed Hassan were ruled out due to their injuries.
The Serbian coach excluded the right-winger Hazem Emam and midfielder Karim Bambo due to technical issues, as well as he excluded Imam Ashour because he was not named in the African squad.
The White Knights need to rebound back home or they will risk exited the CAF Champions League from the 32 knockout stages, because they suffered a 2-1 defeat in the away game by Generation Foot.
