Youssef El Sherif to Patriciate in Ramadan 2027 Drama Marathon

Egyptian actor Youssef El Sherif is preparing for a new TV series, which he plans to participate in during the Ramadan 2027 drama marathon.

El Sherif participated last Ramadan with the star-studded TV series "Fan Al Harb".

The cast also includes Reem Moustafa, Shery Adel, Islam Ibrahim, Donia Sami, and more.

Mahmoud AbdEltawab directed from a script by Amr Samir Atef. Aroma Studios is the studio behind the project.

Fan Al Harb

The drama marked Adel and El Sherif's fifth collaboration after the TV series "Al Moatn Ex" (2011), "Rakam Maghol" (2012), "Ism Moaqat" (2013), and "Leaabet Eblis"(2015).

"Fan al Harb" witnessed El Sherif's long-awaited return to the drama marathon after four years of absence. He made his last participation in the marathon with the 2021 TV series “Covid-25”.

El Sherif, born Muhammed Esmaeel on December 14, 1978, in Cairo, graduated from Ain Shams University with a mechanical engineering degree. El Sherif was a former athlete who played football and volleyball at Al Ahly SC and participated in Karate international championships in Tunisia and Hungary.

He made his acting debut in the 2004 film “7playing Cards” co-starring Ruby, following which he co-starred in several TV series and film productions such as “Fattah Eenek”, “Ala Naar Hadi’a”, “El Amel 1001”, and “Heya Fawda”.

El Sherif rose to stardom in 2012 when he co-starred in the TV series “Al Moatn Ex”.

He soon became known for co-starring in TV series such as “Kafr Delhab, “El-Caesar”, “Leaabet Eblis”, “El Sayyad”, “Ism Moaqat”, and “Rakam Maghol”.
