University of Lausanne to open in Egypt.

SEE-August9: A collaboration protocol was signed in February between the new Egyptian Urban Communities Authority and Swiss Lausanne school of hospitality and hotel management for establishing a branch of the university in new Alemin city.

Minister of higher education Khaled Abdel Ghaffar said that opening a branch of the Swiss university in "Alamein" city achieves the main aim of the new city which is one of the most important cities on Egypt's Mediterranean coast.

He added that there are many partnerships with other foreign countries for opening branches of international universities in Egypt.

Abdel Ghafr discussed the university's establishment program during a meeting with representatives of the university.

Lausanne university offers the top bachelor degree in hospitality management in addition to hospitality master degree program and executive master's degree.
