'UC Developments' Invests EGP 8 Billion in NAC

The size of ‘UC Developments’ investments in the New Administrative Capital (NAC) amounts to EGP 8 billion, the company’s CEO Sameh Awad said.

Awad added that the company has launched the "East Tower" project in the central business district of the NAC, with investments estimated at EGP 6.5 billion.

Moreover, he noted that the project will be built on an area of 4.5 thousand square meters, 40 floors high, and includes 1.5 units, with different spaces.

In addition, Awad pointed out that the company assigned consultancy affairs to the ‘Werner Sobek ‘ company, as well as the engineering design process to “Archrete designs”.

The company also assigned the project’s management and operation to “Namaa” Company. The project is set to be completed within 4 and a half years.
