Turkish Amb expects Egyptian students pursuing higher education in Turkey to reach 20,000 in medium term

Ambasador of Türkiye to Egypt Salih Mutlu Şen said:" I believe it is possible for the number of Egyptian students pursuing higher education in Turkey to reach 20,000 in the medium term."

He added on " X": " In line with our internationalization strategy, we aspire to achieve this number. The strong cultural and social ties between Egyptian and Turkish societies, as well as their shared values, make Egyptian students a priority target group for Turkey." 

He noted that The delegation from Ankara Ufuk University, which came to Cairo to participate in the Higher Education Fair, particularly aims to attract Egyptian students to its Faculty of Medicine and Faculty of Engineering. 

"The high quality of Ufuk University Hospital, which I know closely and greatly admire, is a guarantee of the quality of its medical education."

"  In my meeting with the senior management of Ufuk University, led by Undersecretary Ali Baylan, along with esteemed administrators Prof. Ergenekon Savrun and Assoc. Prof. Çağlar Doğru, I promised full support for the admission and registration processes of students from Egypt," he revealed.
