Tourism Minister Receives Slovenian Ambassador to Egypt

Egypt's Tourism and Antiquities Minister Khaled Al-Anany received on Wednesday Slovenian Ambassador to Egypt Mateja Prevolšek at the ministry's headquarters in Zamalek.

The meeting was attended by Minister Plenipotentiary Dalia Abdel-Fattah, General Supervisor of the General Administration of International Relations and Agreements.

They discussed ways to enhance cooperation between Egypt and Slovenia in the tourism sector, to push the incoming tourist movement to Egypt from Slovenia.

Moreover, the two parties discussed the possibility of exchanging experiences and training in the archaeology field.

During the meeting, Anany reviewed Egypt's efforts to adopt new tourist activities.

On her part, Slovenian Ambassador expressed keenness to boost bilateral cooperation with Egypt during the coming period, expressing her appreciations for the ministry's distinguished efforts in the fields of tourism and archaeology.
