On Sunday, Egypt’s Minister of Tourism and Antiquities Khaled El-Enany inaugurated Egypt’s 305 square meter pavilion at the Arabian Travel Market (ATM) 2021 in Dubai, which features 14 exhibitors, including EgyptAir, hotels, and tourism firms.

During his participation in ATM 2021 held from 16 to 19 May in Dubai, El-Enany also underscored Egypt’s credentials as an ideal tourist attraction and spot for holidaymakers looking for a safe travel experience as the world continues to tackle the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

According to an official statement by the Minister of Tourism and Antiquities, El-Enany explained: “Egypt's tourism ministry look forward to connecting with travel and tourism stakeholders from across the Arab world, exchange experience, and explore opportunities for collaboration to increase mutual tourism with the aim of addressing the urgent need to revitalize the sector.”

“This great exhibition provides a perfect platform to capture the attention of visitors from the Arab world, which is one of the most important tourist markets for Egypt that accounted for more than 20 percent of inbound tourism pre-COVID-19, “the statement added.

The members of the Egyptian embassy in UAE including the Consulate General of Egypt in Dubai Mr. Ashraf Al Dieb, a number of well-known political figures and diplomats also attended the massive event.

It’s worth noting that the magnificent Pavilion was inaugurated this morning by the ministry of tourism.
