Egypt
Egypt is well known for its tea rituals. Most of the meals are connected to tea. Also, afternoon tea is celebrated in Egypt especially in folk cafes.
In Egypt, tea can be served with mint, clove, or milk.
India
India is considered one of the most producing tea countries in the world. So, tea is the national drink in India and it is served literally on every street corner. People can see tea sellers in every spot in the country.
Indian tea is served with a sweet and spicy taste. Sometimes, it could be served with milk.
Japan
Tea is an important part of the food culture. Also, Japan has various kinds of tea coming on the top green one.
Furthermore, there is a national ceremony of tea is called Matcha, which consists of serving green tea to a small group of people in one of those popular teahouses.
Morocco
Morocco is one of the most celebrated tea countries in the middle east alongside Egypt. This country is well known for its colorful and decorated tea sets.
Touareg tea or Moroccan mint tea is a real cultural sign of the country. Also, it is always served to the guests in beautiful glass cups.
US
Although tea is not one of the national drinks in the US, it is one of the most popular non- alcoholic drinks in the country since 2014.
Americans prefer green, and red tea alongside the traditional Chinese tea as it becomes part of healthy diet tendencies. Also, the US is well known for iced-tea products.
Thailand
It has one of the most popular tea kinds around the world. It is made from strongly-brewed red tea that usually contains anise, red and yellow food coloring, and sometimes other spices too.
Britain
Kings of 5 O'clock tea! Tea is still the first hot drink chosen by the British population.
Also, tea is still on the royal drinks lists especially Queen Elizabeth II. Earl Gray Tea or Tea with milk are the most common kinds in the UK.
Russia
Tea is the second national drink in Russia after Vodka. Tea was in the past one of the upper-class drinks.
But, now most Russians call their tea Zavarka which is a very strong tea prepared in a separate teapot that allows hosts to serve the guests in several rounds.
China
China, the earliest land that knew tea. Making tea for them is an art in itself.
The art of making tea is called “Cha Dao”, which was soon accepted as one of the most important cultures that Japan learned from China.
