Sherif Dahab Presents Tasty Cured Salmon Gravlax Dish
Today, Egyptian food blogger Sherif Dahab presented an easy and tasty recipe for a cured salmon gravlax dish.
1 kilo of raw salmon
1 teacup of Salt
2 teacups of Sugar
The zest of 2 oranges
3 tablespoons of ground dry coriander
1 big grated beet
Mix all ingredients together and place the mixture on the salmon.
Then roll it with a cling film
Refrigerate them for at least 8 hours, after that get them out of the fridge, and clean the pieces from the mixture of spices.
Finally, cut the roll into pieces with a knife.
