Summer is all about enjoying the beaches but there is no way to avoid the extremely hot weather and burning sun. The best way to cool down than to enjoy a cold ice-cream without worrying about the extra calories, so, here are 3 Healthy Ice-Cream Flavors to Enjoy this Summer!!

1. Chocolate Ice-Cream

• Ingredients

− 4 medium bananas, sliced and frozen.

− 1 : 2 tablespoons of milk (Any kind of milk will do.)

− ¼ cup of unsweetened cocoa powder.

− 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

− 2 tablespoons of dark chocolate chips.

Chocolate Ice-Cream

• Instructions

− Add the frozen bananas to a blender. Blend on high speed till the bananas turn into a crumply texture.

− Add the milk and vanilla extract before blending until smooth and creamy.

− Finally, add the cacao powder and blend till well combined.

− Pour your ice-cream into a freezer-friendly container and freeze it for 4-6 hours.

− Top your ice-cream with the dark chocolate chips before serving and Enjoy!

2. Strawberry Ice-Cream

• Ingredients

− 4 medium bananas, sliced and frozen.

− 1 : 2 tablespoons of milk (Any kind of milk will do.)

− ¼ cup of Strawberries, sliced and frozen.

− 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

− 2 tablespoons of mixed nuts.

Strawberry Ice-Cream

• Instructions

− Add the frozen bananas and strawberries to a blender. Blend on high speed till they turn into a crumply texture.

− Add the milk and vanilla extract before blending until smooth and creamy.

− Pour your ice-cream into a freezer-friendly container and freeze it for 4-6 hours.

− Top your ice-cream with the mixed nuts before serving and Enjoy!

3. Pistachio Ice-Cream

• Ingredients

− 4 medium bananas, sliced and frozen.

− 1 : 2 tablespoons of milk (Any kind of milk will do.)

− ¼ cup of smooth pistachio butter.

− 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

− 2 tablespoons of coconut shreds.

Pistachio Ice-Cream

• Instructions

− Add the frozen bananas to a blender. Blend on high speed till it turns into a crumply texture.

− Add the milk, pistachio butter and vanilla extract before blending until smooth and creamy.

− Pour your ice-cream into a freezer-friendly container and freeze it for 4-6 hours.

− Top your ice-cream with the coconut shreds before serving and Enjoy!
