Tourism in the Red Sea resorts had witnessed a boom after a series of procedures taken by the Tourism Ministry and foreign governments to ease travel to these destinations.
For example, Hurghada topped German tourists’ bookings in the last-minute summer holidays in July.
Also, earlier this year, Germany had lifted a travel ban on which prevented its nationals from traveling to Taba, South Sinai.
Such rankings are indicators of Egyptian tourism’s success and prove its great return to global tourism in light of the Tourism Ministry's keenness on opening new markets to attract more tourists.
