SCZone Chairman to Partake in Egyptian-Hungarian Business Forum in Budapest

Yehia Zaki, Chairman of the Suez Canal Economic Zone (SCZone) left this morning for Budapest to attend the Egyptian-Hungarian Business Forum that will be held within this week in the Hungarian capital, Budapest.

SCZone is participating in this forum to discuss investment opportunities in the zone; and enhance direct communication with companies and business owners in Hungary.

This comes as part of the SCZone's efforts to attract perse investments and to achieve SCZone’s strategy, and 2020/25 vision. The participation also shows the zone's continuous efforts in enhancing logistics, infrastructure, technology, energy projects and the digital transformation systems in managing the ports, as well as knocking the doors of the foreign investments.

Yesterday, Zaki received the Hungarian Ambassador András Kovács; in the presence of Walid Gamal El-Din, CEO of SCZone at the Cairo Headquarters.

The meeting discussed the final arrangements for the participation of SCZone at the Egyptian-Hungarian Business Forum in Budapest, reflecting the depth of bilateral relations between Egypt and Hungary and the two countries keenness to strengthen cooperation in various fields.
