Egyptian actress Salma Abu Deif has recently joined the cast of actor Bassel Khaiat‘s new TV series “Monataf Khater” (Dangerous Turn).
It also stars Riham Abdel Ghafour, Mohamed Alaa, Samar Morsi, Bassem Samra, Adam El Sharkawy, Ahmed Siam, and others.
The series is directed by Al Sadeer Massoud and consists of 15 episodes. It is set to debut on a streaming service in the coming period.
“Monataf Khater” marks the second collaboration between Abdel Ghafour and Khaiat after the 2018 TV series “El-Rehla”.
On the other hand, Abu Deif is set to participate in the Ramadan 2022 drama marathon with the TV series “Rageen Ya Hawa“, starring Khaled El Nabawy.
It also stars Anoushka, Safaa El-Toukhi, Wafaa Amer, Nour, Islam Ibrahim, Ahmed Khaled Saleh, Hana Shiha, Ahmad Dash, Karim Kassem, and others.
The series is based on a radio series by the late scriptwriter Osama Anwar Okasha.
Director Mohamed Salama will helm the series from a screenplay adapted by writer Mohammed Suleiman Abdel Malik.
The series is produced by the Aroma production company.
Abu Deif was last seen in the TV series “Al Mashad Al Akheer” (Final Scene).
The series is a Shahid original show that consists of eight different stories that are depicted in an episode that stars a different cast.
“Al Mashad Al Akheer” also stars Eyad Nassar, Karim Kassem, Ahmed Dawood, and Passant Shawky.
