Also in this regard, the Russian Ambassador to Cairo visited the NMEC this week that was recently inaugurated by UNESCO and Egyptian Authorities, along with the Ambassador of Japan and the Belgian Ambassador and their families.

The diplomats also admired the works in the exhibition rooms of the new museum in Fustat and the main display hall in the museum and the royal mummy’s hall.

Moreover, the NMEC has received Foreign Ambassador to Cairo and a number of well-known political figures, including an American delegation and North Africa Coordinator of the National Security Council, the Adviser to the United States Department of State, the Coordinator of the National Security Council for the Middle East and North Africa, and the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Middle East Affairs.
